With over 25 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Tracy Green brings a rare combination of clinical precision and executive-level leadership to private home care in the Austin area.

A graduate of Xavier University College of Pharmacy, where she earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2000, Dr. Green has spent decades navigating complex medication regimens, patient safety protocols, and multidisciplinary healthcare coordination. She later strengthened her strategic leadership foundation by earning her MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler Soules College of Business in 2023.

Her transition into private home care was intentional. After years in clinical pharmacy, Dr. Green recognized a growing gap between medical oversight and everyday support for seniors living at home. Families were often left managing complex needs without structured guidance, proactive communication, or clinical awareness. Tailored To You Home Care was created to bridge that gap.

Under Dr. Green’s leadership, the agency delivers private-pay home care designed for families who value reliability, discretion, and professional oversight. Her clinical background ensures that care plans are not only compassionate but informed, coordinated, and safety focused.

Dr. Green remains actively involved in agency operations, ensuring caregiver standards, structured oversight, and responsive communication for every family served.

Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Dr. Green now resides in Central Texas with her husband and five children. She brings both southern warmth and professional excellence to the families she serves throughout Austin’s surrounding communities. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, savoring Cajun cuisine, and spending time with her husband, their five children, and their dog, Bella.

Heavyn A. Green is a Registered Nurse and proud graduate of Prairie View A&M University, where she earned top honors for her academic excellence and leadership in nursing. As Alternate Administrator of Tailored To You Home Care, she brings both clinical expertise and a heartfelt commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Growing up with a mother in the medical field, Heavyn developed a deep respect for healthcare and a passion for serving others. Her personal and professional experiences have shaped her belief that every individual deserves to feel seen, heard, and cared for in a way that honors their dignity and independence.

Outside of work, Heavyn enjoys spending time with her siblings, relaxing with friends, listening to music, and reading. Her natural warmth and dedication help ensure that our clients receive personalized care that truly makes a difference in their lives.

Earl Green brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare and hospital operations to his role as Community Outreach Liaison at Tailored To You Home Care. He began his career as a Nursing Assistant where his compassion and commitment to patient care quickly stood out. Over the years, he transitioned into key roles in surgical support and hospital security systems, always with the same goal: ensuring safety, smooth operations, and outstanding service.

Known for his kind heart, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively across departments, Earl has built a reputation as someone who gets things done and makes people smile along the way.
